Fill out the form to the left, or call us at our toll free number 1-877-279-2601 (standard toll # 1-602-283-5989 outside the US), or email us at Inquiries@DoctorsChoiceGoldExchange.com and we will promptly send you a FREE Scrap for Cash Pak. Once you receive the Pak, follow the instructions and send us your material.

Is my material insured?
In the event of loss of or damage to the contents of a Doctors Choice Gold Exchange kit that you properly ship to Doctors Choice Gold Exchange in accordance with the instructions and procedures set forth in the printed materials, Doctors Choice Gold Exchange will, subject to these terms and conditions, pay you (and Doctors Choice Gold Exchange's liability will be limited to) an amount equal to the lesser of one-fourth (1/4) of the appraised value of the lost contents or One Hundred Dollars ($100.00US). Doctors Choice Gold Exchange reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject delivery of any mail or package that appears damaged, opened or tampered with. Any such rejected mail or package will be returned to you, and Doctors Choice Gold Exchange will have no liability in connection with any such attempted delivery or return of any item(s). Accordingly, if you anticipate the value of your items to be in excess of $100.00, you should send them to Doctors Choice Gold Exchange via UPS or the Postal Service of your choice and insure your item(s) against loss in transit to Doctors Choice Gold Exchange for your full anticipated value.

When am I paid?
After receipt and valuation of your items, Doctors Choice Gold Exchange will issue a check that constitutes Doctors Choice Gold Exchange's payment for the purchase of your items(s). Our valuation shall be based on the P.M. London Gold Fix at the time of receipt of your material.

(ii) Doctors Choice Gold Exchange does not provide written appraisals. In consideration of the constantly fluctuating Gold Market and in advance to issuing a check, we will notify you via fax and/or email of our offer for your material. You must respond back to us, via fax or email, within twenty-four (24) hours of our cash offer ONLY if you wish to reject our offer and have your material returned. Our offer is final and due to rapid price fluctuations, non-negotiable. If you do not contact us within the twenty-four (24) hour grace period, we will send your check within forty-eight (48) hours (allow ten (10) days for dental scrap) and the transaction shall be legally binding. You will not have the opportunity to return your check or receive your items back from Doctors Choice Gold Exchange. Phone conversations may, at our discretion, be monitored and/or recorded.

How is my material valued?
The precious and/or semi-precious content is determined and weighed. Once this is done, our value is based on the P.M. London Gold Fix price at the time of receipt of your material.

What if I decide not to sell my material for your offer?
That is no problem whatsoever. In consideration of the constantly fluctuating Gold Market and in advance to issuing a check, we will notify you via fax and/or email of our offer for your material. You must respond back to us, via fax or email, within twenty-four (24) hours of our cash offer ONLY if you wish to reject our offer and have your material returned. Our offer is final and due to rapid price fluctuations, non-negotiable. If you notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of our offer and wish not to sell, we will gladly return your material.
